Default Interior chrome trim...

Has anyone successfully painted or covered in any way the chrome trim on the interior? It my opinion it makes it look a bit cheap. Not to mention I keep thinking my driver side mirror is cracked cause it's reflecting off the window in that exact spot, lol.

I had the same reflection from the side vent trim. Took some blue painters tape, colored it with a black Sharpie and trimmed it to fit the bottom part of the chrome trim. Reflection is gone and the texture of the tape closely matches the dash texture, hardly know it's there.

Nicely done, Minus! Those are some of the best mods: take something random from around the house that most people would overlook and turn it into something useful. It's a bonus that it matches the interior and doesn't stand out.
