Is there a way to keep the instrument cluster from dimming when you turn the parking/headlights on at night. I did a search and didn't come across this. It's not like it's a big issue but I like the bright white lighting of the gauges.

 

Have you tried the buttons to the right of your light ****? There is a plus and minus, yours may be set pretty low. I had to turn mine down as they were too bright at night.

 

They dim down, when the parking lights are turned on for night driving. Thats a normal function. You can adjust the brightness, with the + - buttons, to the right of the Headlight ****.

But, it wont be as bright as daytime function, even at its brightest setting, for night.

 

I have noticed that my speedometer is significantly dimmer than my tachometer. The tach lettering is a nice crisp white and the speedometer letters are nearly brown. Guessing maybe I have a bulb out?

 

Youll need to go to the dealer. As the gauges back lighting is soldiered led chips, that are not user replaceable. Itll require a new gauge cluster!
