Question Installing Puddle Lights 2018 XLT

good afternoon,

after sifting through some posts and threads about puddle lights, I havnt seem to have found much info about what im looking for. hopefully someone can give me some insight or an answer. I would like to to know if it is possible to install puddle lights on my 2018 SCrew XLT which has the short mirrors with heat and integrated blinker. I have noticed that beneath the mirrow are an opening closest to the door panel on both sides but on the passenger mirror their seems to be some sort of opening available. see the photos i have attached for reference

thanks plenty!

That opening under the mirror on the passenger side is the truck temperature probe. To get puddle lamps, your going to have to add wiring to the truck. Chances are you have only 8 pin connectors on the mirrors and truck. The spot nearest the door would be where the 360 cameras would mount.
