I live in the Boston area and was wondering if anyone could recommend a trustworthy installer that could help with level/lift Kits.

The spacer style and full strut/spring replacement leveling kits can be installed by anyone capable of replacing stock suspension and performing an alignment. It’s the lift (4” or more) you need to pay more attention to - those require cutting of the frame and should not be done by the nearest grease monkey.
