Initial update

Any tips on getting this update completed? I know have had my truck for 3 weeks. It is still asking to connect to Wifi to update. I connect it to my phone hotspot every time I get in my truck.

Im guessing that you are referring to updating Sync? If so, you can download the file from the Ford Owner website and update via the USB ports in your truck. Instructions are on the Ford Owner site.
