This is my first ever Ford. And I’m loving it. It’s a new 2019 F-150.

I have two issues, probably related. Infotainment freezes about half the time I plug in my iPhone. I already figured out the power/seek reset for that issue, but it’s annoying.

I keep getting a I need to connect to WiFi message.

I’ve connected several times, and even searched for updates, it doesn’t seem to find any, and yet the message continues to show.

I included photos that I figured may help someone with more knowledge.

Am I missing something?

Try checking owner.ford.com and see if there is an update. Wi-Fi updates rarely work
