Default Information display stuck

So the last couple of times I've started up my truck the information display shows my trailer's total accumulated miles screen. I do not have a trailer connected and each time I bring it back to the myview screen and leave it on trip 1. Then when I turn the truck off and turn it back on it is back on the trailer accumulated miles screen. I just got done looking through the whole information display section of the manual and didn't see anything about setting the home screen to stay put. Up until this point it just stayed on whatever screen I had it on when I last drove the truck. Any help would be appreciated.

If you go to the 'Towing' menu, under 'Trailer Checklist', 'Change Trailer Selected", is your trailer selected? Can you select "No Active Trailer"?

That solved the problem. Even know my trailer was not connected it was still selected. Thank you!

Seems like the truck is pretty good at detecting when the trailer gets connected, but not when it gets disconnected. I wonder if it has something to do with if you disconnect the trailer with the truck on/off?

It has to do with making a change in the trailer menu without a trailer connected.

I did this, and I know at least one other person on here has.

I know after I towed a utility trailer and disconnected it the display said the trailer was there. When I shut it down and restarted it said it was there for a few seconds then disappeared when I drove away.
