2019 F150 5.0. Idles rough. Changed spark plugs and idled and ran great for awhile. Doing the same thing again. Is their a high performance spark plug I should purchase?

 

How many miles are on it? Does it ever randomly stall, or just have intermittent rough idling? Is it rough idling all the time?

Many many questions. I had a rough idling issue in my 15 5.0 F150 and I was battling it rough idling sometimes, but not repeatably. I also had issues with random stalling that was also not very reproduceable. I got lucky one day and had FORScan plugged in and running right after it started idling rough. Took a look at all the mounds of data I had and I saw that my Cam phasers are going bad. Once I get that fixed the issue should be gone for me. I was on a wild goose chase to figure out the cause for the longest time and after spending too much time looking for answers I can say without a doubt thats what it is with mine.
