I'd like to do a fluid refresh in the transfer case, but not completely sure which t-case I have when I look at the fluid capacities in the manual.

XL-12 for Electronic Shift On The Fly
Mercon LV Automatic Transmission fluid for the Torque On Demand

Is Torque on Demand the same as the 4wd Automatic? I'm guess it is, just can't really confirm that anywhere.

You are correct. Tod is the same as 4a.
