Default Identify this part!

This piece was sitting underneath my passenger side sill plate on my 2015 F150 Supercab. No idea what it is. Can anyone identify it? Only thing I can see is that it says ITW on it and it is PA GF30, I assume polyacrylic glass fiber reinforced, 30%.

I guess it has been there as long I've owned the truck because as long as I've had it, the glovebox has never been damped 😂. Thanks! I'll see about getting it reinstalled properly!
