I just recently bought a 2018 F-150 XLT that is equipped with sync 3 and uses a 4" screen. I want to do a conversion to a 8" screen with a navigation APIM i got out of a 2018 F-250. Is this conversion possible? If it is possible, where can I get the APIM programmed at other than the dealership?

I just did mine a few weeks ago on a 2015.

But the reprogramming is easy. With yours being a 2018, the install should be plug and play so the first half of this video wont apply to you, but the last where he goes into the programming will be. It you use the links he has in the video to his programming document and if you have look at the forscan sheet handy, you can use it as a guide to get through it. Pretty self explanatory honestly.
