First thing I would do is to measure the distance of the seat track mounting holes and compare that to your existing seat mounting points. Then you have to look if the wiring plugs are the same. Depending of what level F-150 you have the Navigator seats will have more functions that you probably will not be able to turn on.
You will also have to program you body module.
Don't forget that you are dealing with in-seat airbags as well. Not a good electrical circuit to experiment with.

the cabs on the truck appear to be almost identical and with the way manufacturing is done it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they will just bolt right in. That being said like in the previous post. The wiring is what might get ya, however someone smarter than me with some diagrams could probably easily figure it out.
