hyperflash fix using forscan...help
hey guys Im sorry to have to resort to a new thread but im at a loss now. ive been reading through the forscan mega thread for hours, which has alot of awesome information, but cant really find what im looking for. so here goes. I have a 2016 f150 xlt 302a. I did a complete led conversion on the outside and got the interior hyperflash from switching out the turn signals. im not sure if its from the front or rear since i have done them all at the same time. and through hours of research i have learned that i can fix it through forscan but havent come up with exactly how.... my obd2mxbt is on order and should be here tomorrow so i dont have any play time with the software. ive searched youtube and every where inbetween with little results. i found the beginners video for it to show how to link to the car and to back up the as built sections but past that im lost. there seems to be so much other really cool stuff i can do with forscan but im also terrified that im going to screw something up since im not very familiar with hex decimal coding and check sums (took a basic elictrical circuits class about 5 years ago and havent touched it since). but what im looking for is just a quick step by step on how to fix the hyperflash so the wife wont complain anymore that ive screwed up our new 70k truck ( we did alot of stuff to it after purchase through the dealership). someone please help keep me out of the dog house. THANKS!!
