Default Hub and 4wd problem

I had a tear in a CV joint on my 2015 w/2.7. Dealership replaced both front axles. Now when you're driving in 2wd a vibration/hum from the front will start out of nowhere. If u switch to 4wd it stops. But then back in 2wd after a few miles it comes back. Dealership is having trouble figuring out the issue. Anyone else experience this? Any thoughts/advice?

Something to do with the iwe's. They ducked something up putting it back together , they are very fragile. You can break them when you tighten the axle nut up if they aren't seated all the way.

This is correct. The hubs are probably toast now. They have the auto locking hubs and are very fragile.
