The number you listed is the what Bilstein listed as Amazon isn't always correct on what part is needed.
The truck rides much better with the fuel tank more than 1/2 full as has every F150 I've owned.

Don't be surprised if you only get the fronts. That's what happened with me and a few others on this site. Had to call Stage3 and they said 6-8 weeks out on the rears for 4x4. I ordered the rears thru Amazon, called Stage3 and cancelled the backordered rears. They refunded me $170 and change. Spent $160 on the rears from Amazon. Had them in 2 days. Installed on the truck last night. Much better ride.

I ordered my set from Autoanything.com last night. Stage3 is saying they are backordered till October (at least that is what they said yesterday) and Autoanything is supposed to ship between 8/25/and 8/28. Keeping my fingers crossed. I have a big trip in October and I want to get them installed and the alignment checked before I go...
