Default How good does AUTO remote start work?

I have my truck set up for "auto" when remote started, but even when I every time I get in, the fan is not blowing at the highest (even when it's 90 outside!) and the air is not that cold. The cool seats don't seem to be running (but I don't expect them to work). I don't really want to have to remember to set the A/C to max before turning the truck off.

How well does "auto" work for you? Is the truck cool when you get in? Is the fan blowing hard and seats cooling?

It's called Ford. Just the Sirius sync 3 issues. There's a reason Ford is falling fast in JD Powers list.

Mine always works just fine, though I wish the HVAC/seat selections would remain once you start the vehicle. The truck is smart enough to turn the right stuff on when you remote start it, but as soon as you get in and press the 'start' button, it disables everything it was doing. Seems dumb.

So fan on max and cool seats (or at least not hot)? My main issue is with the fan. I feel like if it was on MAX when I get in it would be way cooler.

I believe it's set where you left it. Try leaving your climate control on "auto".

Also at idle, the AC can not cool as well as if the RPM's were higher as in driving down the road. No car can Max Cool idling. Some AC's even shut down at idle.

I have automatic climate, but the manual says when on auto, it will turn on the heat or A/C depending on outside temperature .I rarely leave the temperature on auto because I don't find it useful. I usually have it on coldest or hottest and adjust the fan.

There's a setting in the center cluster. You can set it to "auto" or "last setting" I believe.
