Can't you just disconnect sync connect?

I know for a fact that resetting Sync 3 with in the truck will force you to reauthorize the truck in the app. It will show up in the app but she will have to reauthorize it from with in the truck itself to gain back the features she previously had.

I concur. I had to go through a master reset in the truck recently when I went into this strange bluetooth connect loop with my Android phone. After the reset I had to go through the whole FordPass authorization again with the app on my phone, and I didn't do any uninstalling/reinstallilng of the app on the phone.

Third check here. I wanted to get rid of that stupid app so it's not tracking my every move, and a master reset wiped it out completely. You could in addition turn everything off after that, like I did (wi-fi, etc). But if you still want Ford Pass yourself, then don't do that, and just change your account and/or password, as suggested elsewhere. It should work. Good luck.

One reason to never ever get this feature... Trade the truck and get another one. It's seems alot of people on here like doing so :)
