Default How difficult to remove plastic panels below windshield?

2016 XLT - As the title asks - I would like to remove the plastic parts below the windshield, behind the hood. Is this fairly easy? Are there "gotcha" clips or pins that are likely to break in the process?
Thanks,

For people who have already changed cowl panels out were the aftermarket ones as good as OEM. I’m wondering if the rubber along the top that lays against the windshield is it as good of quality as factory. Mine has many many splits and I want something good. One side is $240 OEM and the other is $87.00.
