Holes in bed
Think it'll be covered under warranty or should I just seal the gaps up myself? Plan on having the dealer take a look at my next oil change. I also have the spray in bed liner from the factory

If you decide to seal the seam up, make sure you use aluminum friendly RTV, nonacidic. The acidic type smells like vinegar, and runs the chance of corroding your aluminum.

Thanks for the responses back first time I had a spray in bed liner in a truck in a long time last two had a drop in. I'm looking into buying a bed cover and saw these and thought that water would be able to get in from below
Keeping water from coming in from below (very unlikely) will also prevent water from getting out from the inevitable -water actually falling into the bed, cover or not.
I had thought about sealing the slots in the bed of my truck. I went so far as to actually buy the sealer. It still sits in my garage. I have a bed mat that covers the entire bed and ended up feeling that the slots would help drain under the mat and therefore keep things drier.
