Default Help with Vehicle Setup

I looked in the owners manual, but didn't see these mentioned. Can you turn on an audible alarm for the blind spot system? Is there a way to have the truck unlock both doors when you push the unlock button?

You should be able to set up the unlock on the doors using the menu on your instrument cluster. My Lariat (with the productivity screen) has it as a menu option. If you press the unlock button twice, they should also all unlock.

As far as the BLS, I wouldn't know. With the tow mirrors I have no blind spots! :-)

You should also check out the FORSCAN sticky. Don't read it all! Just the first post in detail. Lots of things to configure on your truck that aren't in the manual.

I have my truck set to unlock all doors with 1 press of the unlock button. You should be able to do the same in the productivity screen. As far as an audible alarm for BLIS goes, I dont believe there is one. I dont recall seeing that option anywhere in settings but I may be wrong.

Thanks. I got the remote set up to unlock both doors. I wish the blind spot system had an audible beep option.

Look at the top of this page at the ''Hints, Tips, Tricks'' thread--- there is a wealth of info there . You just have to read page after page after page to dig out something that pertains to you. It was/is a big help to me,,
