Default Help with shock absorber orientation

Hi guys.

I went to Ford to change out all four of my shock absorbers (2020 raptor 3.5L)
However my ride afterward have been very harsh, i tried lowering the tire pressure and all, but still did not come back to what it was very plush ride.
I supsect that it has gone into full stiff mode.
So i went to Forscan to look at the real time values of damping and ride height, to my suprise it show 0 (zero) on both rear sides. The fronts are no issues

I checked the shock absorber physically I realize they have put my left side inwards!! meaning the resever is now pointing downwards, and the FOX logo no longer showing outwards

Would this be the cause car is not detecting the ride height changes and giving me rough ride?
