Default Help!!! Rubbing issue !!

So I have a 6 inch Pro Comp lift with 35/12.5/20 Toyo RT with a negative 22 offset. I had a little fender bender on my driver side and now my tire rubs on driver side. I never had rubbing issues until this damn accident. The bumper looks fine just now it’s bent in a little n the bottom and it rubs the plastic which I trimmed a little again. I just feel I have to push out the bumper a little less than half an inch now to get clearance. Should I shim the bumper or have you guys ever pushed out the bumper with any other method to get clearance for tires?

I’ve never done this before. How do you do that with washers if you don’t mind explaining.

Unbolt the bumper, add washers between the bumper and frame, bolt back on. Should cover it for you. It's also how people get rid of the "frown" that many F150 bumpers have.

These work nicely. Work one side at a time if needed, start on the bent side. Or, use your insurance.

So why not just hook up to the bumper and give it a pull until it doesn't rub anymore?
