Default HELP a newbie

New here. 2015 f150 lariat. I have a scraping noise on the front drivers side. At first we thought wheel bearing changed that. No luck. Went down the IWE rabbit hole. Changed the actuator, check valve and tested the vacuum. Still no luck. The sound doesn’t match the IWE grind. Changed the rotors and pads and still heating this scraping sound. Brake caliper? But wouldn’t the noise stop when applying brakes. I’m lost. Any feedback would be great.

Check in-between the dust shield.
I have gotten small rocks logged in-between them before.
Makes an awful sound like bad bearings

Quick Video of sound and issue (not a truck but same idea)
