I purchased my 16 XLT FX4 SuperCrew on August 5. Sticker was $50,005 and I paid $42,200 out the door, TTL included. That was with no negotiating, that was what they offered me. I felt it was a good deal. I didn't even try to negotiate any more off because they gave me a very fair deal on trade in.
My only buyer's remorse is should I have waited a few months and purchased a '17? Is anything different on the 17s other than being "one year newer"?

The 2.7 EB have the Stop/Start feature now.
My salesman, and sales manager both said the turbo'd 5.0 V8, will be Reality in the 2018 F-150!!! Unsure of any Trim Level requirements though!
I swore to myself I'd buy a 5.0 V8, this time around, after having a 3.5 EB in my 2012! Which I loved the 3.5 EB. But after taking 2 5.0 V8s for test drives, I couldn't believe how much more Get Up N Go the 3.5 EB had over the 5.0!
I'm not at all saying either is better than the other motor! I just Really like the way the 3.5 EB took off, be it from a stop,m or while in motion!
I'm sure many 3.5 EB owners, will be trading in for a 5.0 EB when they start hitting the lots! If I had that kinda cash to throw around! I would do it too...

If all the trim levels will have the option for the 5.0L Eco then it looks like I'll be trading my 16 in, in a couple of years.

There are some rebates now that run through 9/6 - in total, I think I got about 5K back on mine from Ford, and that's not including the dealer rebate. I just got back into an F150 after a couple year absence yesterday, for about 11.5K off the MSRP.
Happy beyond words!
