Well I I stalled my console with shifter and got everything back in place. Everything functions except the truck thinks it’s in first gear and not park like the shifter is actually showing. I can see the cable move when I manually move the shifter by engaging the white button on the side of it. Is there a FORScan setting I need to change? I’m feeling like I really f’ed up here and my wife is mad of course. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

There is an adjustment procedure for the Selector Lever cable. I only have the procedure for a 6-speed but I assume its the same.

thanks for the information. It will help when I put a new shifter cable on. Come to find out the one I had was broken. Don’t know how I missed. All that work I guess was a test run for tomorrow if I can find a shifter cable. Thanks again.
