Default Help identifying sideview mirror

My passenger sideview was clipped so I need a replacement. I looked it up on FordParts.com to get a part # and two come up that appear similar yet have two distinct part #s, JL3Z17682A and FL3Z17682AC . My mirror has remote adjust, heated, turn signal/ marker light, spot/flood light and temperature sensor. A significant difference in cost with the JL3Z mirror being the more expensive however I can't get a clear description of either. If someone could decode the part #s and identify which I need it would be appreciated

If the mirror base is still on your truck, pull it and look for the part number on it.
Or call a dealership parts department with your VIN and they can look it up.

I did call and they said the JL3Z17682A fits. Still curious I kept looking and found the difference is this one has the air temperature sensor built into it. So that freakin' thermocouple cost $405. Thermocouples I installed in nuclear power plants that didn't cost that much. BTW the sensor by itself lists for $30
