I'm guessing it's because nothing will communicate with the PCM. I don't have a tune but when this happened to me the dealership was unable to communicate with the computer (until they figured out the ground). I doubt it's your tune.

This is sooooo frustrating. I am 150 miles away from home in a mcdonalds parking lots with my family and truck bed full of luggage. Stupid truck

I've found that the SCT tuners won't upload a tune or return to stock tune unless battery is fully charged. Every time I do mine I have to put charger on truck for a couple hours first. My 2013 F150 was the same so I assume it's the way the SCT tuners are set up.

Does sound/seem like a dead battery. Even the dealership IDS computer system wont program a vehicle unless the vehicle battery is fully charged

Yea I am waiting on the service truck to show up and try to jump start it. If not it's goin to the closest dealership and I will find a way home till Monday
