Help

Please help! It’s been driving me crazy I’ve been having this noise since last year when I turn the steering wheel slightly right I’m hearing this rubbing type noise no the tires are not running idk if it would be the wheel baring because you can hear it when I turn the steeeing wheel not moving I can’t figure it out
