Add a couple of bottles of Heet to the gas tank, let it sit for a couple of hours. Then pull the fuel line at the fuel rail, turn the ignition on, catch 16 ounces or so of gas in a container to remove the contaminated water/fuel mix from the fuel pump to the fuel rail. Reattach fuel line, it should fire up. Take it to the gas station and fill it up.
