It has for me. When I got this truck I was surprised how much wheel hop it had compared to my last few trucks (which had rear sway bars). Since I put the rear sway bar on, I haven't noticed it anywhere near as bad. Same roads I've driven. Doesn't have that uncontrollably rear end feeling on bumpy areas now.

difficult to say because I already have 5100s front and back, and they completely resolved that issue. My guess would be no though, as the sway bar stiffens things up back there. Could actually make it worse. 5100s on the rear is a must

Installed front and rear Hellwig sway bars. Noticeable improvement in reduced body roll for the truck. Slightly thicker replacement sway bar for the front versus stock. With a Labor Day sale and $30 off from Stage 3, I got both delivered for just under $600 all in. No pix of front as it resides under a shield. Didn't need a lift to do the rear, though it would have been helpful. I did use a lift to swap out the front.

I installed mine the other day. It looks like the photo ROHADA posted above. Mines set in the first hole and seems too have eliminated much of the “wallow” encountered when driving over speed bumps and through shoulder drainage as when entering my driveway. So far I’m glad I jumped in.

Installed mine the other day also. Love it, my 16’s handling sucked before installation. I may need to go back and fine tune end link length, but it has fixed the only issue I had with my truck.
