I have a 6 inch fabtech and 35 inch toyo mts. I have about two inches Clarence on my garage. Just had to change the antenna. Can't say exactly how tall it is but I cleared a parking garage that said 7'1" on the entrance with a couple inches so you should be okay if it's truly 84 inches tall. I'm right at 82 inches with 6 inch lift and 35s

 

We measured my 15 f150 when I had my BDS 6" lift installed with 35" Toyo M/T's. It was like 6' 11". Just barely under 7'. We decided to measure because were joking around about running it through a car wash.
