Default Heating/AC Issues

My 2015 F150 4x4 is not getting heat or cold air out of any vents. I can hear the fan running and blowing but not getting anything out of any vents, whether it's the windshield defrost, the floor or the dash vents. It doesn't make a difference if I'm trying to get heat or if I turn the AC on. Anyone ever have this issue?

Pull the blower fan cover and make sure the blower fan is actually spinning not just humming because a critter jammed something in there. LOL

Also, throw in a new cabin filter while you're in that neck of the woods.

Pretty much figured out that my problem is the HVAC door actuator. I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube on replacing it. The problem I'm having not only to do with my age and not being a contortionist, but I have large hands and I don't see any way I can get my hand up in there to remove and replace the top screw holding the part in. Does anyone know if there's another way to change this out without taking the whole dashboard out of the truck?
