Are you familiar with how to get to plug on back of dial? Its hard to gt my hand up behind it and my searching has not revealed how to pull dial off on these year trucks. I'm hesitant to just start yanking on plugs without a visual.

Just grab the bottom of the steering column trim panel and gently pull it back. It comes right off. Then you can see the back side.
