Default Headlight upgrade?

Sorry if this has been covered. I've tried searching but didn't have much luck.

I'm looking to upgrade the headlights on my 2017 XLT Sport. Was out with my wife on one of those dark, stormy late afternoons and couldn't see crap. My wife was ragging my about how much better the headlights are on her Kia Soul, and she's right. Her headlights (projector type) are incredible compared to the POS headlights on this truck.

I doubt I can afford to pay Ford prices to install a headlight package from a more expensive model. How about some aftermarket projector headlights? Any thoughts?

I'd take a look at Morimotos headlights for an F150. That's what I plan on going with after putting their headlights in one of my classic cars. You'll want to replace the entire assembly, not just the bulbs.

Morimoto XB Hybrids. Night and day difference (no pun intended).

I installed the SuperNova LED's, low, high & fog after driving though snow & fog near Lake Shasta last year. I couldn't see anything. These are excellent, I would install them again.

The CSP Mini is not the brightest LED but it is the easiest to upgrade your OEM lights with as they are compact, fanless, and do not require figuring out an aftermarket dust cap to fit over it. I run CSP Mini in my low beams that made a nice difference and went to Morimoto 2 Stroke 3.0 for my high beams. The dust cap issued caused more of a hassle. Later wished I stayed with the CSP Mini for both. I have not done my fog lights yet.

Hands down, Morimoto XB Hybrids. I've various different brands, including custom made ones, and none can compare with these, especially at the price point. Best headlights I've had across 3 F150's.
If you go this route, not all LEDs fit the supplied socket, but there's a very simple fix to that. Just ask.

OK, I'm asking. lol Can you explain what you mean? My understanding is that these come with the high/low projectors but use the factory blinkers.

I assumed I would have to replace the entire headlight unit, not just the bulb. Are these easy to adjust? I don't want to blind oncoming drivers.

Here ya go. You can still use the OEM halogen, but may as well upgrade while you have the buckets out of the truck.

I put on the Morimoto XB's on my '19... along with some LED bulbs in my foglights. Super bright and does not glare oncoming drivers. Expensive but the stock lights are absolutely terrible. I remember when I test drove the truck it was evening and I actually asked the sales guy if the lights were on HAHAHAH
