Default Headlight Help

I have a 19 with Oem LED headlights. I had hairline cracking along both headlights where the hood lays. Went to my dealer who took picture and sent into Ford. They denied the replacement saying it was from road debris and or rocks. Now my drivers side headlight is taking on water.

Ford only sells the headlight as an assembly for about $1,500 a piece. I only need the headlight housing. Does anyone know where I can buy just the headlight housings? I hate to spend 3k+ on new LED's and ballast ect. when I just need the housings. Tried ebay but all have found are damaged.

Pics would help to better understand

If you're just needing the lense of the headlight, you could potentially get a used halogen headlight, since it'd be a lot cheaper, and open up both headlights and swap the lense.

I took the headlight out, drilled two 1/4" holes to remove the water. Set up a blow dryer to blow hot air into the headlight until all the condensation and water was removed, took about an hour to dry out. Applied epoxy to the small crack along the top of the headlight and why the headlight was out applied silicone to the seam all the way around. Where the holes were drilled on the underside I taped the holes with clear tape and covered the tape with a half dollar size of epoxy. I washed the truck today and so far no leaking. The epoxy on the cracks don't look the greatest but works.

I thought about that. I can't be without headlights, I use the truck for work. Unless I found a local shop that was willing to do the swap over the weekend I would just have to bite the bullet and pend the cash to swap them out. As of now the repair I did worked. If the repair lasts 6 months until I trade it in I will be happy. I will take a hit at trade in time thats for sure. Thank you for the idea.

Two options . Take the headlight off. Bake it and pull off the broken lens. Get some butyl & replacement len.

option two if your not comfortable doing it. Take it to a person who does retrofit headlights. They should be able to replace the lens for you. Might cost you a couple of hundred. Still cheaper than. New headlight
