Had a levelling kit installed last week and before I get anyone flashing me for blinding them I want to adjust my halogen headlights. I did read the owners manual, and that's why I'm here asking a question. I can't for the life of me find this 3mm circle on the headlight to measure from.

Found on p.275 of the 2020 owners manual:
"Measure the height from the center of your headlamp (indicated by a 3.0 millimeter circle on the lens) to the ground and mark an 8 ft (2.4 m) horizontal reference line on the vertical wall or screen at this height."

Now, I don't really care to find that circle, but where am I measuring from? Centre of the housing (turn signal area), in line with the lowbeam?
