Head unit reccomendations

I just purchased a PAC console kit and need to buy a fairly inexpensive double din head unit with Car play, camera feature etc
Looking for recommendations on which to buy.

Take a look at Crutchfield. They have a great selection and will know which one will fit in your truck. Their customer service is outstanding.
