Default having problem with 2016 platnium dash

My 2016 platinum f150 is having a problem with my dash, the information buttons are out of whack, the up and down, ok buttons are not doing the correct commands
if some one can help thank you..

Steering wheel buttons do fail once in a while. That is probably the cheapest part to replace. Could be the clockspring. My guess is the buttons.
