Default Has Anybody Installed the 4D Tech 4" to 8" Screen Conversion Kit?

Looking to upgrade my 2019 F150 XL 4" screen to the 8" screen. The video on YouTube by 4DTech made it look super easy. All plug and play stuff. It's a little pricey, $1900 (out the door), but was wondering if anyone installed it and what your results were. I'm also considering a radio upgrade that would include the larger screen and many of the same options at possibly a cheeper price point. What do ya think?

They should give a discount for 2018 up and yet they don't. Admittedly it's an easy to use kit all in one so there is that.

I sourced my bevel, APIM and screen from an ebay seller for $500 for all of those (he threw in his CD player too but I didn't actually need it since I just reused mine.

I ordered the dual USB port part and cable from some Ford dealer for less than $100 shipped for those.

And I bought the one needed harness from 4D Tech:

You can save a lot of money this way. No programming is needed for your 2019. Just plug and play.

this ^^ get a screen, bezel and usb hub and visit cyanlabs for the software diy. Should be less than $500 total. I just did myself and it was easy. Just ran 12v from the cigarette lighter to the hub. That was the only modification.
