Following as well, mine definitely has hesitation to shift on a cold day for the first 1/2 mile. I live on a hill and when I go up the street on a cold day it really takes its time between gears.

I'd be contacting somebody for sure.
Bring that up with the dealer first if no success then get Ford on the line directly.

Is it normal to be charged for a TSB like this? I was charged $105 labor for this to be done. I didn't particularly like the charge, but if it helps, I'm okay with it.
I had TSB 21-2357 done on my 2019 Lariat on 11-29-21. My truck still has warranty coverage on it and it was performed at no cost to me. If you still have warranty coverage as you stated, you shouldn't have been charged the $105 for labor.

Mine was done today no charge. The shifting is much better, but I will advise again in a week or two to make sure but no hesitation or clunk today.

My truck is currently waiting on parts for this TSB. It went in for cam phasers and now I’m just waiting on this TSB to be done so hopefully my problems will all be fixed…going on 4 weeks now without my truck.

Parts? Did you have any codes thrown?

Warranty info is in the TSB
Warranty Status: Eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Emissions Warranty/Service Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage. Limits/policies/prior approvals are not altered by a TSB. NVLW/Emissions Warranty/SPW/SSP/ESP coverage limits are determined by the identified causal part and verified using the OASIS part coverage tool.

I didn’t have a check engine light but I’m not sure if any sort of code was stored in the computer. They said they’re waiting on a “separator plate.” I’m assuming that’s a valve body separator plate but I’m not 100% sure on that.

That's the only plate listed on the TSB. Must have found some codes when they checked it.

Is the TSB something that you can request?

I have a 2019, took it in for shifting issues about 20,000 miles ago, not sure what they did but it helped a little, definitely better than it was but have always had some clunky shifts and an occasional hard downshift. Lately though, with the colder weather it has been pretty bad. I am at 57,500, so getting close to the end of my warranty and would like to get my truck in very soon. Sounds like this TSB might be the fix that is needed, if I can get them to perform it.
