Is it possible to verify the correct orientation of the parking light and turn signal connectors after installing the LED harness prior to making the FORScan changes?
I read in one of the posts that the connector might have to be reversed if the parking and turn lights do not operate correctly. Since I have to depend on the dealer making the FORScan changes for me after running the additional wires from the BCM and making all the connections to the headlights, it would really be a PIA to have to take the headlights back out just to reverse the connectors once the FORScan changes are made.
Am I wrong in thinking that the parking/turn functions should still operate after installing the new harness and making the connections at the headlights but before the FORScan programming changes? I'd like to verify their correct operation before reinstalling the headlights.

Your plan to test the turn signals and parking lights before buttoning up the headlights is good. It won't hurt anything, you'll just get hyperflash until you do the Forscan changes.

Thanks Ryan, that's what I thought. Just in case, I was going to check the operation with the ignition on/engine off so the computer wasn't running. I thought that would tell me if I had to 180 the plug.
