Thank you. The only worry I had was the BCM values. Which value do you think would be different ?

I’m on the road this week and I don’t have my notebook so I’ll double check when I’m home again. I think the only difference is 726-24-01. Basically the F’s get replaced by C’s.

Looking at doing this for my 2017 xlt without bliss. I need 4 terminals and 2 of the pigtail connectors, correct? You guys are the best. Also thanks to those who posted the diagrams. That’s exactly what i needed to feel comfortable trying this.

Thank you very much! I will be placing my order tomorrow. If you ever decide to start taking PayPal donations, I would gladly buy you a few beers

How much does this all cost?

You have to buy the assemblies out of the same year truck - so I'm guessing that's the big cost.

over 400 dollars?

Fantastic thread by the way - great work Ryan.

Headlight assemblies from a 15-17 will be direct bolt in. Just the wiring harness/computer is the wildcard.

The assembly’s will run you 1000-2000 for headlights and headlight ballasts. (Power supply’s for the LED bulbs) also this conversion you will need headlight wiring.

The headlight harnesses and other small stuff will run you less then 150. But you will also need the ForScan

I’m currently looking at around 2200$ CAD, so somewhere in the neighbourhood of 1700$-ish USD.

Jjust ordered the matierals for this instead of the harness from TRS and I am just over 1800 total, (2 SE led headlights, 2 ballasts, pigtails, terminals, and wires). Also gonna have to get a pc or something to run forscan.

Thank you for this write up! I've been wanting to upgrade to factory LEDs since I first bought this truck. Unfortunately I am inept when it comes to programming and wiring. I would be willing to drive my 2017 down to Randolph from Saratoga Springs NY with all of the parts, a bunch of beer, and a willingness to learn though! haha
