Hacked Sync 2 Update?

Anyone know for sure if I can update the sync 2 software without loosing my Nav I hacked 5 years ago? I think I remember that if we do wo risk loosing it...

If by "hack" you mean you changed the As Built to unlock the navigation, you will be fine to update if using the official from Ford. I think the most recent update for Sync 2 is 3.10.

Yes..."unlock", that's what I meant

. I read on forscan that any update past 3.8 would negate the license, just want to be sure before I wad it up.

that is first time I have heard of that and checked out the Forscan page. I swear I updated my wife’s and my 2015 to 3.10 and had no issues. I eventually upgraded to Sync 3 so I can’t confirm anymore.
