Default Grounding bolt issue

*2017 f-150 lariat FX4 3.5

The grounding bolt near the battery just spins in place. When it lossens I get 2H 4WD issues when I turn the HVAC system on. When it's off the truck performs normal as usual...

When I reposition the bolt all the electrical issues go away until it loosens again. What size bolt should I use to replace? The thread pitch has no bite as you can just pull the bolt out.

If the truck side is stripped, re tap it with the next size up. Bring the bolt along with you to Lowe’s and find out what size it is.

Find another bolt nearby that is tapped into the body. That fastener holding the bracket could work.

Maybe take some stripped electrical house wire and feed it into the nut, thin aluminum wire, etc then thread bolt into it?
