Groaning noise at the back of my 2018
I have a 2018 4x4 2.7 supercab, and I have started to hear a groaning noise when going over speedbumps, uneven surfaces, etc. It almost sounds like a leaf spring rubbing and at highway speeds, it doesn't make the noise, but at lower speeds its real loud. I took it to the dealer and they said I would have to wait a week before they could even look at it. I hear the infamous clunking noise as well so I am not sure if the bed is loose after the bedliner or a leaf spring is acting up. Looking at everything, it looks normal for an 8k mile truck that gets used quite a bit. Any input would be greatly appreciated, I am going to get underneath again once I get home to see if anything stands out upon a closer look.

Make sure you didn't accidentally leave her tied to the rear bumper. Speed bumps would cause some mild groaning.
Do you have a buddy or spouse that can stand on the rear bumper and jump up and down?
You may could crawl underneath and see if you can pinpoint what you're hearing.

I need to get my gf to hop on the rear bumper when she gets back this weekend, would probably make things easier. I know the clunking is a common issue that no one seems to know the root cause of even though it's been happening to f150's for years. The groaning honestly sounds like a leaf rubbing on the frame rail or the bushing binding. I hear it mainly on the passenger side when I am turning right on a slight incline (into my driveway and out of it). So no idea.

I wouldn't worry to much about it and have the dealer lube your leaf packs next time you're in for service.
You could also jack-up your truck and unload the springs and squeeze some lube between them yourself if you don't want to wait for dealer.
