I have some grille questions










I have a 2018 Lariat in Ruby Red with front camera and I want to change the grille to full black grille and have a few questions that I can't figure out despite looking through many treads and posts. I even tried using VIN numbers on parts.ford.com but I can't get the VIN search page to load.

1. Is there a difference between the STX grille from a black truck and an SE grille from a black Lariat?
2. Is the part number JL3Z-8200-SF for both? If not, what are the 2 part numbers?
3. Does my existing front emblem with front camera fit one or both grilles? What is the correct part number if I want to replace?

3. your existing front emblem will not fit the stx/SE grill. idk the part number sorry

 

Any others? According to the emblem thread, my front emblem should fit, but others say it will not.

Everything I've read on here, says the emblems are two distinctly different sizes. The STX emblem is larger.

 

I just finished replacing my front grille. I have a Magma Red XLT Sport with no front camera. Here's a before and after shot of the truck and the part numbers that I ordered from Tasca to change the grille and emblem.

Grille JL3Z-8200-SC, SC = Magma Red Paint Color
Emblem JL3Z-8213-A, without Camera - I ordered this one
But, JL3Z-8213-B is with Camera
Emblem Nuts W706675-S439 - This emblem uses 3 nuts
