Grill Options Raptor Style Grill

Definitely my favorite mod to my truck as well followed by New tailgate. But the grill completely transforms the truck into a mean beast. I’ve had for about a year now and I’ve had no problems besides that it’s a pain to keep clean where I live in Louisiana really thinking of getting opti coat pro for the whole truck cuz of all these bugs. But anyways never had any issues with the lights going out or water in them. I have the paramount grill. They match the amber led lights on truck perfect.
About to get my headlights painted and retro so that the light will be bright white led instead of the amber and also replacing the amber lights on grill to white led will post pics and let y’all know how it comes out.

And yeah I've been kind of toying the idea of taking it off and moving the light bar to the lower grille. But I swear, knowing my luck, as soon as do some idiot is going to role into me in a parking lot or something stupid like that where the bull bar would come in handy.

I made this little harness it has been working good for me.
Ordered these

I used the wire butt connectors from the ballast relocation kit I ordered to connect everything together.

Had my raptor grille for awhile now and I love the way it looks. Transformed the look of my truck!

I installed my GalaxyMoto grille a little less than a year ago and one of the cheap LED lights crapped out, so I replaced them with the Truck-Lite 36 Series lights. I used part 36100Y, but you can use any of the 36 Series with or without the plastic "wings" or with back or side wire exit. Here's the result (1- original working, 2- original crapped out, 3- Truck-Lite replacement).

Cheapest Raptor Grill Yet
FYI this is my first post on the forum. I am a long time ghost follower and have been active on other vehicle forums in the past.
If you were waiting for the price to drop on this grill the time is now. I bought this grill for $132.00 shipped. It was shipped on Monday and arrived on Friday Cali to Tennessee. I am mostly happy with the purchase but had a few issues. The wiring harness was faulty and had to be spliced. I cut all of the waterproof connectors off and hard wired them in. I tested each light and they all worked but the harness was complete garbage out of the box.
I was initially wanting the flat black grill but was not disappointed with the metallic grey finish with my silver ingot truck and factory wheels that match almost perfectly. I see that you guys were paying about 3 times this amount for the same grill a few years ago. Install time with all of the info and videos out there these days was about 45 min plus 30 minutes to splice, solder, and connect the wiring harness That was fouty. You might not have this issue. The reviews for this item on Amazon did not mention the wiring harness issue. I will be adding my own review on Amazon. Here is a link to the grill I purchased.

These grills are dirt cheap now. I got mine from Amazon for $132 shipped. The metallic grey color matches my wheels and the running boards perfectly. The wiring harness that came with the grill did not work. None of the connectors would make contact. I had to cut off the connectors, solder the wires, and splice the harness back together. All the info in this thread made installing the grill and wiring up the lights a breeze. Thanks to everyone who did this before I gave it a shot!
