Default Good deal? Yay or Nay

Trying to get an idea on if I'm getting a deal or not on the below spec'd Truck

Specs:
New 2016 F-150
3.5L V6 Ecoboost
XLT Supercrew Cab Automatic 4x4
5.5 foot bed
40/con/40 front row
302A package
SYNC 3
XLT Sports appearance package
FX4 off road package
Navigation
Max Trailer Tow Package
20" Six-spoke premium Wheels
Extended Fuel Tank

This is my quote...

$51,980.00 (MSRP)
-12,236.72 (Ford Discounts, Rebates. based on Ford standard rates)
---------------
$39,743.28 Sale Price
+ 3,731.72 (Taxes, Tags, VA Processing Fee and Freight)
---------------
$43,475.00

Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated. I was thinking around $41K was more reasonable, but maybe I'm just stingy.

Thanks!
Brett

Interesting you use the word "reasonable" with getting 12,236.72 off MSRP.

52k seems awfully high for a xlt. Is the 51.9k the actual sticker, or before the package discount? If you post the vin and dealers zip, I can look up the invoice and A plan pricing on it.

Also, what is the breakdown on the tag, taxes etc. Other than real taxes, what $ amount is included there?

Overall, 12k off is a nice deal, the question is whether it is truly 12k off.
