Default Good deal or bad? (Amp PowerStep)

A local 4WheelParts store is offering Amp PowerSteps for my 2018 SCREW with free install for $1640 after taxes. Worth going for?

My local 4wheelparts is offering them for 1399 with free install, so I would say no.. Unless they go for more in your area, I am in Maryland

I saw those for $1399, but the site indicates I need the $1499 ones for my 2018. Is that incorrect?

I'm in NY and my shop quoted me a price of $1800 installed. This will be my next upgrade.

Are they difficult to install without the OBD harness? It's an extra $70+ if I do it myself. Just curious whether it's worth it.

They come with the harness. What you're confused about is they sell a pigtail harness in case you want to use more than 1 item plugged into your factory OBDII port at the same time without unplugging something else. I.E. Tuner/calibrator? You don't need to spend $70 more dollars.

They are not hard to install at all, 2 hours or so in the garage with normal hand tools. I have installed 2 sets in the past...

My local Ford dealership installed for $1500 OTD with 3-year warranty. That deal sucks.

Yes. Same for my '18 Screw. They really are a nice upgrade over the fugly fixed boards.
