Default FX4

Iv always really liked the styling of the FX4 with painted bumpers and no wood grain in side usually black or some type of carbon looking something inside.

is there no way to get away from the wood grain on the new trucks and still have a well optioned FX4?

Yes, you need to order Lariat Sport Package (not exactly sure if XLT has same trim but no leather ) and you can add 20" wheels and FX4 option if you need it but don't have to. With the sport package you get no wood trim, here are some pics of the trim. Lariat also comes with leather stitched dash

Yup, the fx4 is an off road package once again instead of a whole trim level. Most of it's aestethic features are relocated to the sport package
